Hera Goddess products are intended for resale exclusively through approved channels as designated by Hera Goddess Inc. The resale of our products on third-party platforms such as Poshmark, eBay, Amazon, or similar marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination, as well as other actions deemed necessary by Hera Goddess Inc.

To ensure that our products are sold only through authorized channels, we strictly prohibit the diversion of HERA Goddess products to unauthorized third parties.

What is Third-Party Diversion?

 Third-party diversion occurs when professional salon products are sold outside of their intended channels, such as unauthorized retailers, online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), or any other unapproved third-party platforms.

Policy Guidelines

1. Authorized Sales Channels Only:

• HERA Goddess products may only be sold through approved professional salons and stylists who have an active account with HERA Goddess.

• Products may not be resold on online marketplaces, to unauthorized retailers, or to any entity outside the approved salon’s direct clientele.

2. Resale Restrictions:

• Salons and stylists are strictly prohibited from reselling HERA Goddess products to any third party, including individuals or businesses intending to redistribute.

3. Account Use:

• Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the authorized salon or stylist who registered with HERA Goddess.

4. Client-Focused Sales:

• Products are intended for salon use or direct sale to salon clients for personal use only.

Enforcement

To protect our salon partners and brand integrity, we actively monitor and enforce this policy:

1. Monitoring:

• We routinely monitor online marketplaces and unauthorized sales channels for diverted products.

2. Investigations:

• Accounts found to be engaging in diversion will be subject to investigation.

3. Consequences:

• Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

• Any orders suspected of being intended for diversion will be canceled.

• Legal action may be taken against accounts found in breach of this policy.
