At HERA Goddess we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS:


All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date to receive store credit.


RETURN PROCESS:


To return an item, please email customer service at hello@hera-goddess.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS:


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS:


For defective or damaged products, please reach us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note:

  • We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible to hello@hera-goddess.com or call us at (720) 576-0970 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
  • To return a product for store credit or exchange, please send an email to hello@hera-goddess.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, your order number, and the reason for the return. We will give store credit for qualifying returns to your account. Once the product is received, please allow up to 5-7 business days for store credit to go into effect. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • HERA Goddess can only issue store credit or exchanges for items purchased on http:/www.hera-goddess.com. Product purchased from any of our salon partners should be returned to the salon per their returns and exchanges policy.
